Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. S$100 deposit is applicable before each order can be confirmed.
2. Hair & clothing colours may differ from the pictures on all official Ddung websites, due to the lighting conditions when the photos were taken.
3. Accessories that come with each doll may differ from those shown in pictures on all official Ddung websites.  Some of them may be just photo props & thus not included.  So, it is advisable to check with us before confirming your order.
4. Due to manufacturing process, sometimes the doll body or accessories may have minor uneven paintwork. If customer chooses to reject the doll in such cases, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded in cash & the balance will be in credit that can be used for next other purchase.
5. Unless there is any major problems with the doll, eg. broken arms/legs, cracked doll face/body (which are rare), outstanding balance is to be paid up, upon final price confirmation & the doll collected within 1 week of stock arrival.
6. In event of any major problems, an exchange of the defective doll with a new one shall be arranged, subjective to stock availability. If the same doll is already out of edition, customer can choose to order another doll design (by paying any price difference) or a total refund of the S$100 deposit.
